Packages

(Bronze, Silver, and Gold Packages price is based on the volumn of work)

  • Enter sales/payments, purchase/payment transactions.
  • Entering and processing all payroll transactions and doing ROEs, T4s, and T4 summaries and monthly PD7A reports and remittances.
  • Reconciling all bank accounts and credit cards.
  • Preparing WSIB and EHT forms and remittances.
  • Running financial reports when required.
  • Preparing books up to the Trial Balance stage for Accountant.
  • Collecting Account Receivable (if required).

Software Setup

We deal primarily with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Freshbooks, and more. Every buiness needs an effective reliable bookeeping program that can be tailored to your particular business. We can help!


Personal Tax Return Preperation
(beginning at $75 CAD / HR)

  • Non-incorporated business returns.
  • Personal tax returns.
  • Tax returns for deceased people.

Payroll Only

($65 CAD/m for 1-15 employees; $75 CAD/m for 16-25 employees; $100 CAD/m for 25+ employees)

Payroll Service is designed to meet each clients needs. We can email payroll stubs, fax stubs, or direct deposit (extra fee to help set this up)

Providing necessary payroll forms.

  • Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, semi-weekly or monthly payroll.
  • Calculate bonuses and commissions.
  • Prepare all Government Remittances - PD7A, ROEs, T4s, and T4 Summaries.
  • Prepare WSIB and EHT remittances.

Other Services

(additional fees apply)

  • Send out reminders of documents required and due dates approaching. These little things allow you to think and concentrate on your business.
  • Prepare and deliver to the bank, your bank deposit and any remittances that are to be paid at the bank.
  • Store and file your documents until year-end when all will be returned to you.

Our Services

At Archer Bookkeeping Service we believe that billing packages help you to budget your bookkeeping dollars to suit your business. We also offer a-la-carte services such as payroll for those who only need these services.


We can also bring your paperwork to our office where it will be looked after in a very timely matter.


Our billing policy is that invoices will be issued at the first of the month and all are due within 15 days time. Our monthly package clients can choose to pay by post-dated cheques, VISA/Mastercard auto payments, VISA/Mastercard or cheque on the spot payments. or e-transfers done at anytime between the 1st and 15th of the month


Package options are reviewed every 6 months to make sure we have the appropriate one for your business.
